The admission form (dully filled) must be accompanied with the following :

Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/ Transfer Certificate/Affidavit attested by Notary
one-one photograph of both parents and the student
Aadhaar card (both parents and student)
Present Address proof

Conveyance charges extra as per the Bus stop
All these should be submitted at school reception at the time of admission.
